Meet Our President & CEO
Joe White, originally from Richmond, Indiana, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a robust background in real estate development and business leadership. As the President and CEO of JBH Ventures, Joe has been instrumental in launching and steering a company that focuses on transformative real estate developments designed to enhance communities through meticulous and strategic execution.
His previous tenure as Partner and Executive Vice President at New City Development Partners saw him playing a pivotal role in guiding company operations and shaping its strategic direction. Joe was also integral in managing company operations, leading the creation of the property management division, and leading over $150m in real estate development.
Prior to his executive roles at JBH Ventures and New City Development Partners, Joe co-founded Circle City Property Management & Development, where he facilitated lender relationships and secured $1 million in capital to acquire and rehabilitate properties. This venture successfully developed a diverse portfolio, generated significant value and annual revenue, and led to the launch of a $30m multifamily development.
In 2025, JBH Ventures broke ground on its first development, a $15m development that will bring 50-units of housing, a 5,000sf childcare facility, and many more amenities to the city of Loogootee.
